Rafael has an experience of over 10 years in the field of physical education and fitness and even professional sports competition.
Since he obtained his title as Technician in Physical and Sports Activities and Personal Trainer, he has been gaining experience and in turn extending its day training by day, becoming an expert personal trainer working with athletes, special populations and different customer profiles, which allowed him to work in some of the most important facilities known as Virgin Active Centre in Madrid.
He has been Riding Instructor and National Tenders Rider in Obstacle Jumping and Classic Dressage and expert in the practice of mountain ski.
